Jayant Khurana

Jayant Khurana has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jayant is currently working as the Chief Manager - HRBP at Serentica Renewables since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. where they held multiple positions including Deputy Manager - HRBP & Talent Manager Supply Chain (& Manufacturing) from 2020 to 2022, and Assistant Manager - HRBP & Talent Manager Supply Chain (& Manufacturing) from 2021 to 2022. Jayant started their career as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at the same company in 2020, where they gained experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, and Business HR functions.

Before joining Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Jayant worked as a Senior Executive Member of the Academic Committee at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills by representing the academic interests of their peers to faculty and administration.

During their time as a Summer Intern at Spencer's Retail in 2019, Jayant had the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR roles and successfully completed a compensation benchmarking project.

Prior to their HR career, Jayant worked as a Knowledge Expert at TRIUMPHANT INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT EDUCATION PRIVATE LTD. from 2016 to 2018. Jayant also worked as a Stress Analyst at GS E&C from 2015 to 2016, and as an Engineering Intern at Eicher Tractors in 2014.

Jayant Khurana earned a PGDM degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2011 to 2015. For their senior secondary education, they attended Delhi Public School, where they focused on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
