Christian Benitez is an experienced Firmware Engineer currently working at SERES EV since December 2019, previously serving as a Firmware Engineer Intern. Christian's background includes an Engineering Internship at the University of California San Diego from March 2018 to January 2019, where work focused on developing a low-cost, open-source autonomous solution for powered wheelchairs, utilizing Mbed OS-enabled ARM microcontrollers for sensor data processing. Additionally, Christian held the position of SI Leader at UC San Diego from September 2017 to March 2018 and completed a Logistics Internship at Tigo Energy in the summer of 2017. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego and graduated from James Logan High School with a High School Diploma.
