Kristen Grogan

Kristen Grogan holds extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently, Kristen serves as Executive Director of Legal at Seres Therapeutics, following previous positions there as Senior Director and Director of Legal Contracts & Compliance Operations. Prior to that, Kristen worked at Verastem Oncology as Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance and Associate Director of Legal & Compliance Operations. Additionally, Kristen was employed by NxStage Medical, Inc. as Contract Administration Manager and Senior Corporate Paralegal, and began a career at Select Portfolio Servicing as a Corporate Paralegal. Kristen is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, with a prior Healthcare Compliance Certificate from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University.
