Alfredo Puentes Redondo

Alfredo Puentes Redondo has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Alfredo began their career in 1997 as a Technical Support specialist at ADP GSI España, S.L. Alfredo then moved to Bull in 1997, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist. In 1998, they joined Seres (Grupo Docapost) as the Operations and Systems Manager, responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and staff, as well as client incident management. Later on, they assumed the role of CISO at the same company in 2009, accountable for ensuring the protection of all business information assets and aligning the cybersecurity strategy with organizational objectives.

Alfredo Puentes Redondo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., which they completed in 2011. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Alfredo has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include OCI Foundations 2021 Associate [1Z0-1085-21] from Oracle, obtained in February 2022; CPHE - Certificado Profesional de Hacking Ético from The Security Sentinel, obtained in October 2021; Quality Management Systems (QMS) Auditor from the International Register of Certificated Auditors, obtained in February 2014; Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001:2005 from BSI, obtained in March 2011; and ITIL v3 Foundation from APMG International, obtained in April 2009. Alfredo also holds a B2 English Proficiency Certificate from UNED - Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain).
