Paulina Devecz

Paulina Devecz has over 16 years of work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Paulina currently holds the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer at Serge Ferrari. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider Electric, where they held various roles, including Director Supply Chain Planning Europe, Supply Chain Manager Flow Design & SIOP, and Supply Chain Manager in Manufacturing/Industry. Their responsibilities included inventory and cash management, demand planning, distribution network planning, and new product implementation. Paulina also led supply chain transformations, industrial transfers, and manufacturing plant closures. Additionally, they served as a transformation leader and procurement manager, focusing on supplier base development and relationship management.

Paulina Devecz attended INSEAD in 2021, where they studied Transformation & Leadership. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Vienna.
