Michelle Hopping serves as the Director of Mobilization at Serge since June 2020, leading a team focused on global recruiting placements in areas such as community transformation, counseling, church planting, and healthcare. Prior to this role, Michelle was with The Wharton School from 2005 to June 2020, where extensive experience was gained in various leadership positions within MBA Career Management, advocating for student success and fostering employer relationships. Key achievements include initiating startup engagement strategies, enhancing corporate relationships significantly, and overseeing recruiting services for a diverse range of industries. Michelle's career began at Cornell University in 2003, and educational qualifications include a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish Language & Literature from Syracuse University.
