Josh also worked as a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Executive, where they advised clients through the real estate transaction process. Before entering real estate, Josh served as the Vice President of Sales in the Annuity Division at Financial Independence Group, specializing in recruiting Financial Advisors and assisting agents with retirement planning.

Josh and Charlene Dearing attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Business Management at Montreat College, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
