Yasser Ponce

Yasser Ponce is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the real estate and banking sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director of Sales for Florida at SERHANT. since February 2023, Yasser previously held key positions at Compass, including Managing Director of Sales for Miami-Dade & Broward, Sales Manager, and Founding Agent/Realtor Associate from September 2015 to March 2023. Yasser's early career includes roles as a Realtor Associate at ONE Sotheby's International Realty and VP/Managing Director at TotalBank, as well as various management positions at Florida Community Bank and JPMorganChase. Yasser holds a degree in Visual Communications from Westwood Tech. College and a Bachelor in Arts from Universidad de Cienguegos, reflecting a strong academic background in design and English literature.
