Tan Lye Heng Paul

Mr. Tan Lye Heng Paul joined the Board of Directors on 16 June 2011. He is currently the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Apart from Serial System Ltd, Mr. Tan is also Non-Executive and Independent Director of SGX-listed Second Chance Properties Ltd and Pollux Properties Ltd.

Mr. Tan holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. He is currently the managing director of CA TRUST PAC and director of Kreston Ardent CA TRUST PAC, a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a member of Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited and Singapore Institute of Directors.

As at 31 March 2021, Mr. Tan holds 350,000 shares (0.04%) in Serial System Ltd.
