Ian MacAulay

Ian Macaulay is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Serica Energy plc since March 2023, Ian has held similar roles at Tailwind Energy and Chippeways Limited. Prior to these positions, Ian co-founded Deerfeet Limited and worked as Legal Director at Nexen Petroleum U.K. Limited, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Legal Adviser until 2010. Ian also gained experience as Legal Adviser at Eni UK Ltd. and as an Associate at Allen & Overy. Ian Macaulay holds an LLB in Law from The University of Manchester, earned between 1993 and 1997.
