Rafiq Ahmed

Rafiq Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rafiq is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Serif Health, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, Rafiq worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from 2017 to 2019. Rafiq also served as the General Manager - Mid-Atlantic at HotelTonight from 2012 to 2015. Rafiq was part of the founding team at the Global Encounters Summer Program in 2011. Rafiq started their career as a Teaching Fellow and Head of University Counseling at Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa from 2009 to 2011.
