Willa Van Nostrand is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in beverage management, writing, and curatorial practices. Currently serving as a Guest Professor at Johnson & Wales University, Willa specializes in sustainable mixology practices through the "Garden to Glass" approach. As a writer for Serious Eats and a long-standing food writer for Edible Rhody, Willa shares insights on cocktail culture. Willa owns Little Bitte Artisanal Catering, providing craft cocktail catering and consulting services. In addition to curatorial roles at the Rhode Island School of Design and the World's Fair Gallery, Willa has held various positions, including Beverage Writer at Puddingstone Post and Artistic Director at Machines With Magnets. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from Sarah Lawrence College and advanced training in printmaking in Florence, Italy.
