Willa Van Nostrand is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in beverage management, writing, and curatorial practices. Currently serving as a Guest Professor at Johnson & Wales University, Willa specializes in sustainable mixology practices through the "Garden to Glass" approach. As a writer for Serious Eats and a long-standing food writer for Edible Rhody, Willa shares insights on cocktail culture. Willa owns Little Bitte Artisanal Catering, providing craft cocktail catering and consulting services.
