Christian Gayton has over 30 years of work experience in the digital learning, multimedia, and ICT fields. In 1988, they began their career as an Accountant at Intermarché. In 1990, they moved to Cefidis, where they were a Manager and Trainer. In 1993, they became a Project Manager at Institut pour le Développement des Compétences, where they were responsible for training innovation. In 1998, they became a Freelance Consultant for ICT projects. In 2001, they founded Net-Lines, a multimedia design and development company. In 2007, they co-founded Qoveo, a HR software and Digital Learning solutions company. Since 2014, they have been the Digital Learning Director at Serious Factory, where they lead the Digital Learning global strategy and oversees the upkeep, development, and expansion of Digital Learning Solutions.
Christian Gayton attended Lycée Sidoine Apollinaire from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a BAC G2 in Accounting.
