Vineet Raj Kapoor has extensive experience in design and education, currently serving as Lead Expert for Industrial Design Technology at WorldSkills International and holding the position of Principal at Circulants, focusing on customer digital experiences. As the CEO of VirtualSoft Technologies, Kapoor oversees user experience design and has established a unique Design Paradigm for Design Thinking. Additionally, Kapoor is the Founder of Chandigarh Design School and SXILL, institutions dedicated to design education and skill development. Engagements as Knowledge Provider for TCS iON, Mentor for Smart India Hackathon, and former Dean of Chitkara Design School further highlight a commitment to fostering talent in design fields. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Panjab University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
