David Scarnati

David Scarnati has extensive experience in construction oversight and real estate development, currently serving in a construction role at Seritage Growth Properties since 2015. Previously, David held the position of Head of Construction at Seritage Realty Trust, a division of Sears Holdings Corporation, from November 2012 to July 2015. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Real Estate Construction at Cedarwood Development, Inc. from June 2007 to October 2012, and Director of Development at Developers Diversified Realty from 2001 to 2007. David's educational background includes studies at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
