Keith Holden

Keith Holden is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and portfolio oversight. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager at Seritage Growth Properties since January 2022, Keith manages 161 shopping centers, focusing on rebranding former Sear's outlets into upscale destination centers. Prior to this role, Keith was a Senior Property Manager at Namdar Realty Group from April 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included the management of commercial properties, mixed-use buildings, and residential buildings, as well as project management. Keith holds a degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College, completed between 1985 and 1988, and previously attended Long Island University, Southampton Campus in 1984-1985.
