The Legal Team at Seritage Growth Properties oversees all legal aspects related to the company's real estate portfolio, including property acquisitions, leasing, compliance, and litigation. Comprised of the EVP & General Counsel, SVP & Real Estate Counsel, and Counsel (secondee), the team ensures that all transactions and operations adhere to regulatory and contractual obligations, safeguarding Seritage's interests.
