Juanita Pardesi

Juanita Pardesi is the Chief Executive Officer at Seriti Institute since October 2017, overseeing project management, financial management, and corporate governance. In addition, Juanita serves on the Advisory Board of the Southern Africa Food Lab and has held the position of Audit Committee Member at the National Economic Development and Labour Council (Nedlac) from January to February 2024. Previous roles include Management Consultant at Cheadle Thompson & Haysom Inc., Technical Assistant at the Government Technical Advisory Centre SA, and Chief Operations Officer at TIPS and The ComMark Trust. Juanita has a solid educational foundation, holding an MBA from The Open University, an Executive Leadership qualification from Rhodes University, a Management Development Programme from the University of South Africa, and an Executive Development Programme from Duke University.
