Dion le Roux

Dion Le Roux is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in remuneration, talent management, and HR governance. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources and Group Head of Reward and People Services at Seriti Resources since September 2021, Dion has previously held significant roles at South32 as Regional Manager Reward and HR Services - Africa, and at BHP as Manager Remuneration and Administration. Prior experience includes positions at Mondi Group as HR Manager Business Support, overseeing HR governance, and at Sasol, where responsibilities encompassed the full talent value chain and payroll for over 3,000 employees.
