Mark Goodale

Mark Goodale is an experienced geologist currently serving as the Operational Geology Manager at Seriti Resources, a position held since February 2007. In this role, Mark oversees the New Vaal Colliery Geology department, managing responsibilities including Grade Control, Geological Drilling, and Strata Control, while also leading key projects related to Coal Extraction and Combustion control. Prior experience at Anglo American involved roles as Geology Manager and Senior Geologist, with a focus on Grade Control, Slope Stability, and mentorship. Mark's foundational experience includes research in geophysics at CSIR Mining Tech. Mark holds a B-Tech degree in Geology from Tshwane University of Technology.
