Nyaniso Rapiya

Nyaniso Rapiya currently serves as the ESD & Preferential Procurement Manager at Seriti Resources, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this, Nyaniso held several roles at Accenture from October 2015 to November 2021, culminating as Service Delivery Manager, with previous positions including Enterprise & Supplier Development Lead and Human Performance Associate Manager. Nyaniso's earlier experience includes management consultancy roles at PeopleSmart Consulting, Upshot Training Solutions, Reflective Learning Resources, and Stafford Warwick, alongside a Senior Key Accounts Manager position at Inhep Electronics Holdings Pty Ltd. Nyaniso began a career in sales at McCarthy Limited, progressing to Sales Manager while participating in a management development program. Nyaniso holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Management College of Southern Africa, among other certifications.
