Anit Arca

Anit Arca is currently the Director of Agile Delivery & Transformation at EROAD, having taken on the role in January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Enterprise Coach at Iress from March 2021 to January 2023, focusing on enhancing client outcomes through innovative methods of leadership and teamwork. Anit also held the position of Enterprise Agile Coach at Countdown Supermarkets and Principal Enterprise Coach at Kiwibank within 2021. Prior roles at Iress and 4mation Technologies involved coaching on Agile methodologies, operational model design, and leadership development. Anit's career includes various Scrum Master roles and positions emphasizing team leadership and Agile practices at organizations such as Macquarie Group and Charter Hall. Anit holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Middle East Technical University and has pursued studies in Fine Arts at The University of Auckland.
