Daniel Palermi

Daniel Palermi has extensive experience in the IT and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Serko Ltd. since August 2017, following roles as a Senior System Engineer and System Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Level Srl from May 2011 to June 2017 as a Helpdesk and Network Administrator, providing technical support and network design. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Car Salesman at Intercars Srl and an IT Employee at ITAS Insurance. Daniel's educational background includes language studies at Kaplan International English and Wall Street English, along with technical qualifications from I.T.A.S. and a background in accounting and information technology from various institutions in Italy.
