Ginger Li is a seasoned product management and UX professional with extensive experience across various industries, including technology and retail. Currently serving as the Head of Product Operations at Serko Ltd. since May 2023, Ginger previously held leadership roles such as VP of Product at EROAD, where contributions focused on telematics solutions for safer roads, and as Head of Product at IMAGR, pioneering AI-powered retail innovations. With a robust background in product strategy consulting and a proven track record of driving growth in startups like Made Renovation, Ginger has also led initiatives at major firms like Fletcher Building and The Warehouse Group. An entrepreneur as a co-founder at Incu.io and a long tenure at Fraedom, where significant growth achievements were made, complements a strong academic foundation with a Master’s in Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship from The University of Auckland.
