Julia Bower is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and product leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Product & Technology at The Fractional Directory since August 2023, Julia is dedicated to providing a resource for CEOs and founders in New Zealand and Australia. Concurrently, Julia holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Serko Ltd. and directs operations at Bower Tech Ltd. Previous roles include Tech Lead at 9 Spokes, where Julia contributed to the development of a business management application, and Senior Consultant and Front-End Developer at Avanade, supporting high-profile clients across various industries. Julia's career began at IAG as a Junior Front-End Developer, following a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences in Software Development from Auckland University of Technology.
