Michael Yuen

Michael Yuen is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in software testing and development. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at Serko Ltd. since July 2014, Michael is responsible for building practices and pipelines, as well as implementing alerting and monitoring for web services. Previous roles at Serko include QA Analyst, focusing on collaborative solutions in a DevOps environment, and Intermediate Test Analyst, where Michael engaged in both automated and manual testing within an agile framework.
