Project Management and Coordination

The Project Management and Coordination team at SERMA Group is responsible for overseeing and directing various projects within the company's core business lines. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects in areas such as electronics technologies, microelectronics, embedded system engineering, safety & cybersecurity of systems, and energy. Team members, including roles such as Chef De Projet - PMO, Chef De Projet Amont EE Véhicule Électrique, and Work Package Manager, work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in high-stress environments.
