Khalil Bajnati

Khalil Bajnati is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and IT service management, currently serving as SOC Manager for Managed Security Services at SERMA Safety & Security since April 2021, while also maintaining responsibilities as Service Delivery Manager. In this role, Khalil leads a team of 15 SOC experts, overseeing project management and operational aspects of security services, and is responsible for personnel management within the team. Prior experience includes positions at Ingenico as Solution Integration Engineer, at Atos as Service Delivery Manager and Team Leader, and earlier roles in technical support and education. Khalil holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Big Data and has several technical qualifications in database administration and IT networks.
