Ciara Murphy

Ciara Murphy is currently the Head of Energy Services at Sero since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ciara held various positions at amber energy, including Customer Success Manager and Customer Experience Manager at Community Utilities. Ciara also worked as a Voluntary Outreach Worker for the Streetlife Project at Safer Wales Ltd. Ciara's experience includes managing customer success, implementing billing systems, and project managing the development of customer online portals. Ciara holds a degree in Social Sciences and postgraduate certificates in Strategic Leadership.
