Arseniy Seroka

Arseniy Seroka is the CEO and Co-Founder of Blooper.ai, a collaborative tool for video production, and Serokell, a research & development studio. Arseniy is also an Associate Professor at ITMO University, specializing in Functional Programming. Arseniy has experience as a Site Reliability Engineer at Ment and previously held roles at DISCIPLINA Blockchain and Input Output (IOHK). Arseniy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from ITMO University and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
