Manogar Loganathan has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Manogar started their career as a Customer Support Engineer at Tower Computers in 1991, where they provided support to customers until 1993. From 1993 to 1995, they worked as a Regional Support Engineer at Silicon Smith Automation Pvt Ltd. In 1995, they founded Galaxy Systems and served as the CEO until 1997. During this time, they also held the position of Senior Vice President at Emerio from 1997 to 2014. In 2014, they became the CEO of Spritle Software Private Limited and later took on the role of Managing Director & COO at Serole Technologies Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for business development and operations management across Asia.
Manogar Loganathan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras between 1987 and 1991. Manogar then pursued an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Birmingham from 2003 to 2005. Earlier, they completed their secondary education and higher secondary education at Ramaswamy Chettiyar school in 1985 and 1980-1984, respectively.
