Nidhin's extensive experience in the oil and gas sector includes roles as Operations Manager and Drilling Superintendent at Essar, Onshore positions with Arabian Drilling Company and Kuwait Drilling Company, and a solid foundation as an Operations Engineer at Essar Oilfield Services. Nidhin holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University.
