Kelsey Hagberg

Kelsey Hagberg has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2022, they became a Project Manager at SERP AI. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Search Engine Optimization at SERP Co starting in November 2020. In 2019, they served as a Podcast Manager at The Podcast Wizards. From January 2018 to August 2019, they worked as a Creative Producer at Guava Empowement LLC, where they managed social media, designed content, oversaw interns, consulted with clients, and assisted with community outreach. Before that, they worked as a Sales Associate - Virtual Merchandising at Urban Thread from December 2015 to August 2017, where they managed inventory, organized shipments, handled online sales, supervised employees, and created monthly schedules. At University of Florida, they were a Resident Entrepreneurial Assistant from August 2015 to December 2017, where they helped open Florida's first entrepreneurial focused residence hall, mentored floor residents, responded to building emergencies, and planned various events. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Office Assistant at Pinsky Wellness Center in 2012 and was involved in the family business, Kraties Pack & Ship, from 2005 to 2011.

Kelsey Hagberg pursued higher education at the University of Florida. From 2014 until 2018, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Media Production, Management, and Technology. Following this, from 2018 to 2019, Kelsey continued their studies at the same institution, completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Entrepreneurship.
