Maria Yehorenko has a diverse work experience. Maria started their career as a Call Center Operator at Intertelecom in October 2015, where they worked until January 2016. Maria then joined Serpstat in June 2017 as a Customer Support Representative and worked in that role until April 2019. Maria was then promoted to Customer Support Team Lead and held that position until September 2019. Maria then served as the Head of Support from September 2019 to February 2020. Maria later transitioned to the role of a Technical Writer and worked in that capacity from February 2020 to July 2020. Currently, Maria is serving as a Product / Project Manager at Serpstat, starting from July 2020.

Maria Yehorenko holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications.
