John Taylor

John Taylor has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles. John began their career at General Electric, where they worked as a Lead Engineer and Manager of Robotics Software. John then co-founded Kesmai Corporation, the first commercial online game company, where they served as CEO and President and pioneered the development of multiplayer gaming. John later became the CEO and Founder of Castle Hill Studios, a game development and technology company, where they oversaw day-to-day operations and secured development work from major technology brands. John then joined Electronic Arts as Vice President/General Manager, overseeing the company's Virginia operations. John also held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Video Gaming Technologies, where they managed internal and external teams and worked on regulatory compliance issues. In 2010, they became the CEO and Founder of Castle Hill Gaming, planning and overseeing the company's strategic direction and growth, as well as raising equity funds. Most recently, John has taken on the role of Chief Technical Officer at Serqit, Inc. John Taylor completed their high school education at Suffolk High School from 1971 to 1975. John then pursued their bachelor's degree at the University of Virginia from 1975 to 1980, majoring in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. After completing their bachelor's degree, John continued their education at the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Master of Computer Science degree in the field of Computer Science from 1980 to 1985.
