SERR SYNERGY was established in 2014 to specifically address the revised Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice (B-BBEE or BEE Codes) along with key business legal compliance matters as expected of all businesses in South Africa.

o	the Consumer Protection Act (CPA);
o	the National Credit Act (NCA);

        Communications Act;
o	Skills Development and Employment Equity Laws;
o	Labour Relations Laws pertaining to businesses.
