Matthew S. Daugherty

Matt Daugherty has been part of the Serra Automotive team since 1983, when he accepted a position as an Internal Auditor for the dealership group. Since then, he has had a variety of positions with Serra Automotive, including the position of a Dealer Operator for Al Serra Ford in Lansing, Michigan. He was elevated to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 1997, and Vice President in 2021.

Matt graduated from Michigan State University in 1981 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He spent two years at Price Waterhouse prior to joining the Serra Automotive team, during which time he obtained his CPA license.
