Lisa Neely

Lisa Neely has extensive experience in the automotive parts industry, currently serving as Parts Manager at Serra Kia Alabama since May 1996. Lisa's career began at Alabama Crankshaft & Engine Warehouse, where foundational skills in warehouse operations were developed from 1978 to 1983. From 1985 to 1994, Lisa worked at Alabama Auto Parts in inventory control and the parts department, gaining valuable hands-on experience. At Serra Kia Alabama, Lisa transitioned from working with Chevrolet parts on microfiche to mastering Kia warranty claims and managing parts counters for both retail and service shop operations, alongside overseeing inventory control. Education includes attendance at Barrett Elementary, James A. Davis, and Kia University.
