Ricardo Grossi Neves

Ricardo Grossi Neves has a strong background in the mining industry, with a focus on operations and management. Ricardo is currently serving as the President & COO of Serra Verde Mining Brazil at SVPM | Mineração Serra Verde. In this role, they are leading the development of a rare earth mining and processing operation. Ricardo began their career at Vale as a Process Engineer at Fabrica Concentration and Pelletizing Plants.

Ricardo Grossi Neves completed their education at several institutions. Ricardo began their studies at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering. Neves then pursued an MBA in Industry Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completing this program from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they briefly attended Babson College.
