Dr. Niclas Stemplewski

Dr. Niclas Stemplewski has an extensive work history, starting as a Research Assistant in 2010 and progressing to roles such as Legal Trainee at the Federal Ministry of Finance, and Associate at MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER. Dr. Niclas also took on leadership roles as MD at Slowbrew GmbH, and Co-Founder & MD at iubel. Dr. Niclas'smost recent positions include MD at VON RUEDEN, where they led digitization and business development for a large law firm, and their current role at Serrala as Chief Of Staff and Global Product Operations & ESG Principal, focusing on improving global alignment and product development processes.

Dr. Niclas Stemplewski holds a Ph.D. in Law from Bucerius Law School, obtained in 2016. Dr. Niclas also completed a Bachelor of Laws degree at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2010. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2018. Dr. Stemplewski pursued further education by completing programs at the University of Cambridge in Sustainable Business and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Data Science and Machine Learning in 2023. Dr. Niclas has also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
