Audrey Clayton

Audrey Clayton has extensive work experience in supply chain and demand planning roles. Audrey is currently Vice President of Demand Planning at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director of Demand Planning & Advanced Analytics at the same company from July 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, Clayton worked as the Director of Supply Chain at Weaver Popcorn from January 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing a supply chain organization spanning multiple production facilities and overseeing various functions such as procurement, planning, scheduling, transportation, warehousing, and customer supply chain.

Audrey also gained valuable experience at Unilever, where they held various positions from 2012 to 2019. This includes roles such as Senior Program Manager for Supply Chain Transformation, Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager, Customer Operations Manager for the Target Team, Customer Supply Chain Analyst for the Walmart/Club Team, Senior Demand Planner, and Supply Planner.

Prior to their tenure at Unilever, Clayton participated in a rotational program at General Mills from 2010 to 2012, where they held the position of Logistics Management Associate. Audrey also interned in the same company's Logistics Management Associate Internship program in 2009.

Clayton's career began in 2006 as a Franchise Manager at College Pro Painters.

Audrey Clayton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2010. Audrey then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, completing it in 2018.
