Bhavani Subramaniam

Bhavani Subramaniam is the SVP of Integrated Supply Chain at Serta Simmons Bedding. Bhavani has over 12 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, with a focus on transportation and inventory management.

Bhavani began their career at Starbucks in 2009, where they spent four years in various roles including Senior Manager of Global Logistics for the Asia Pacific region and Director of Global Transportation. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing Starbucks' supply chain in India and China, respectively.

In 2013, Bhavani left Starbucks to join Walmart's Global eCommerce division as Senior Director of Supply Chain and Inventory Management. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining high levels of in-stock inventory while minimizing costs. Bhavani left Walmart in 2021 to join Serta Simmons Bedding.

After completing their undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Ruparel College, Bhavani Subramaniam pursued a MBA in Strategy and Global Supply Chain Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Bhavani then went on to complete a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
