Dalphne Jenkins

Dalphne Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Dalphne started their career at BellSouth in 1987 as a Manager and worked there until 1998. After that, they joined Accenture as a Senior Manager and worked there for 16 years. In 2014, they joined Daugherty Business Solutions as a Program Manager, where they led various IT projects and also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, they are working at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC as the Senior Vice President of Technology, a role they took on in 2023 after serving as the Vice President of Technology and Senior Director of IT Strategic Programs. In their current position, they are responsible for IT strategy, program management, quality assurance, and ensuring alignment between IT projects and enterprise objectives.

Dalphne Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their degree, Dalphne obtained the PMP certification from PMI in 2008.
