Lisa Glebus

Lisa Glebus has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lisa is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where they are responsible for building a Center of Excellence within the Organization Effectiveness team. Prior to their current role, Lisa worked at VF Corporation as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and as a Talent Acquisition Director. Additionally, they held positions at Volvo, where they served as the Director of Global Recruitment and the Manager of Recruitment and Training for North America, and at Cisco Systems, where they held various roles including Global Training Program Manager, Staffing RPO Operations Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in building relationships with leaders, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing applicant tracking systems.

Lisa Glebus attended Northeastern University but it is unknown when they started or finished their education there. Lisa has obtained a certification called "Trust Changes Everything" from FranklinCovey in 2023.
