Melissa W. has a diverse work experience in the field of sales education and development. Melissa began their career at Estee Lauder, where they held the positions of Education Executive and Field Education Director. In these roles, they were responsible for planning and executing sales education programs and driving sales strategies. Melissa then moved on to L'Occitane en Provence, where they served as the Director of Learning and Development. Here, they led a team in creating and implementing various learning tools and programs for the sales force. Currently, Melissa is working at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC as the Sr. Director of Sales Education and Field Development.
