Tom Hill

Tom Hill has a strong background in the bedding industry, with over two decades of experience. Tom began their career at Innovative Mattress Solutions as a District Manager in 1998. From there, they joined Sealy as a Key Account/Territory Manager and later became a Regional Marketing Manager. In 2005, they transitioned to Levin Furniture as a Marketing Manager/Bedding Buyer. In 2007, they returned to Sealy as a Regional Marketing Manager before joining Restonic in 2009 as a Regional Manager for Sales and Business Development. Most recently, Tom has been working at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where they have held several positions including Director of National Accounts, Senior Director of Channel Marketing, and Senior Director of Commercial Excellence. In 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Commercial Excellence.

Tom Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from West Virginia University.
