Erica Holbrook

Erica Holbrook is an experienced professional in account coordination and sales planning, currently serving as a Key Account Coordinator at Serta since November 2013. Prior to this role, Erica spent over six years at Sirius XM Radio Inc. as a Sales Coordinator, managing processes for a diverse range of clients while also assisting regional leadership with various operational tasks. Erica's career began at Black Entertainment Television as a Sales Planner, where effective media planning and client relationship management were pivotal to success. Earlier experience includes a role as Production Assistant II at ESPN, where Erica's contributions earned recognition with two Emmy awards for work on SportsCenter. Erica holds a B.S. in Mass Communication from Miami University, completed in 1999.
