Mark Gardella

Mark Gardella has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Sertis (MGA) since June 2022. Prior to that, Mark was a founding team member and senior advisor at InRev starting from April 2021. In 2021, they also worked as the founding principal at Zephyr Innovation Advisors, providing advisory services to startups, incumbents, and investors in the insurance sector. Mark has also held senior positions at Markel and AIG, where they served as the Senior Director of Open Innovation and Program Development Director respectively. Mark'searly career included a long tenure as a Regional Vice President at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 1996 to 2014.

Mark Gardella earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1993. Mark then pursued an MBA in International Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management between 1995 and 1996. Finally, in 2020, they completed a program on Organizational Design for Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
