Aline Schenkel has extensive experience in human resources, communications, and marketing, with a focus on aligning people management strategies with organizational goals across various roles. Currently serving as a Partner and HR, Communication, and Marketing Director at Sertrading since October 2021, Aline leads the human capital strategy to enhance competitiveness and innovation. Prior experience includes HR Strategic Partner positions at Serasa Experian, where responsibilities encompassed managing corporate programs and initiatives for talent development and cultural strength, as well as HR Manager roles at CEVA Logistics and HR Supervisor at Meritor, concentrating on talent acquisition and engagement. Aline holds degrees in Psychology and Human Resources Management, along with coaching certification from Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching.
