Doğukan Ercan

Doğukan Ercan is a seasoned logistics and operations professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and warehouse management. Currently serving as Warehouse Operations Manager and previously as E-Commerce Operations Manager at Sertrans Logistics since October 2021, Doğukan has also held the role of E-Commerce Logistics Manager at Samsung Electronics from November 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Logistics Project Manager and Project Executive at Sertrans Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed managing logistics processes and overseeing customs, foreign trade, and supply chain activities for numerous notable clients. Additionally, Doğukan has served as IT Project Manager and WMS Manager, and has foundational experience as an Information Technology Analyst at Groupe Robert.
